Contact email@example.com and give your order number, name and the reason for returning your product(s) and please state if you would like to return this yourself or if you require Dyson Energy Services to collect the items from you. Please note when returning goods, the customer will be subject to a restocking charge of 35% of the product value which will be deducted from the refund or credit made to you. Additional charges are applicable on an application basis if the product(s) are damaged. This policy applies to standard stock items only, if the products have been altered or manufactured in our specialist products division to order, we are unable to accept returns bespoke solutions as returns.
If the materials have been delivered directly from the manufacturer as a full or part consignment, we are unable to accept returns for orders placed or materials provided on this basis.
In the unlikely event that any goods are damaged on arrival or collection, you must notify us immediately in your email, no later than 24 hours after the goods have been delivered/received. Failure to do this may result in the damaged goods not being exchanged for replacements.
Once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or damaged and accepted following inspection.
Please pack the items in suitable packaging. Please note that if there is any damage made whilst returning the items, we will deduct the cost from any amount refunded to you.
